SHERIF ABOUELSENOUN
Eng. Sherif is a competent engineer with more than 36 years experience with international engineering consultants in the Middle East in project and construction management, contract management, design review, quality control, site supervision and construction of various projects mainly roads, highways and bridges, as well as buildings, including sewage, drainage, potable water lines, under ground services, landscaping, car parking, and miscellaneous works. This experience has been gained from a series of overseas appointments. During his field experience with various consultants he played a leading management role in the Infrastructure, and building construction supervision, and was in direct interface with Clients as the Engineer's representative.
He has worked in the role of Resident Engineer, Projects manager, Construction manager in large projects in several countries including Egypt, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and Qatar. His experience includes contract administration, reviewing detailed designs, specifications ,ground investigation, carrying out overall site supervision and inspections as well as material testing of concrete and asphalt works according to AASHTO standards, scheduling and supervision of construction activities as well as overall quality control and quality assurance of permanent works to assure compliance of all works a to project specifications. Sherif was leading big supervision teams at site more than 30 full time staff and was successfully coordinating and supervising all civil works and related operations on site for various major projects.
His experience also includes:
-Evaluation of Extension of time submitted by contractors.
-Claims Assessment.
-Evaluation and issue variation orders as necessary after Client approval.
-Risk Assessment.
This vast experience gained by Sherif during his past work in civil engineering construction management and infrastructure construction enables him to play a leading management role in any project related to civil work construction management and supervision.

Dr. Atia has many years of site & academic experience with governmental authorities & global multinational companies (contractors & consultants) in Egypt, Gulf Area (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates) & some African countries, in the field of Infrastructure construction mainly Highways, Freeways, Airports ,Buildings, Utilities Networks, Service Stations, Marina, & other various projects. During his career development he worked as a Lecturer and trainer in many universities and academic centers.
